Pressure in the arteries means that a man suffers from
high blood pressure or low blood pressure. In low blood pressure, the
pressure falls, a man suffers from low blood pressure. Blood pressure is
the driving force that causes blood to flow through the body from the
arteries (where the pressure is high), through organs, and into the
veins (where the pressure is low). Blood pressure is generated by the
pumping of blood by the heart into the arteries as well as by the
resistance to the flow of blood by the arteries. The systolic blood
pressure (the top number) represents the pressure in the arteries as the
muscle of the heart contracts and pumps blood into the arteries. The
diastolic blood pressure (the bottom number) represents the pressure in
the arteries as the muscle of the heart relaxes after it contracts. For
further details read Cause
Of High Diastolic Pressure.
Low should diastolic pressure go" can also be described as hypotension. Low blood
pressure means when the blood pressure is too low, there is inadequate
blood flow to the heart, brain, and other vital organs. Another common
type of low blood pressure is orthostatic hypotension, which is brought
on by a sudden change in body position, usually when shifting from lying
down to standing upright.
A blood pressure level that is low for
one person may be normal for another. The most important factor is how
the blood pressure changes from the normal condition. Most normal blood
pressures fall in the range of 90/60 mm Hg to 130/80 mm Hg, but a
significant change, even as little as 20 mm Hg, can cause problems for
some people. To cure hypotension, one should keep track of the blood
pressure information in the form of blood pressure readings and blood
pressure charts. Blood pressure levels have to be kept normal. Blood
pressure units can be measured through blood pressure monitor and
digital blood pressure cuffs which are the steps towards the ways to
lower blood pressure.
