What is normally referred to as Blood Pressure is actually Arterial Blood Pressure and it is the force exerted by circulation of blood on the walls of the arteries. Also  Sprinkle some herbs on to your food. Eat foods which are high on energy However, there are special cases where doctors advice patients to decrease their carbohydrate intake.

There are many drugs available today to stabilize blood pressure, but it is an added advantage if people start recognizing their onus in reducing personal health risks and work towards eliminating hazardous elements. Eating habits contribute a lot to the betterment of one's health. Therefore, special attention must be paid to it.
